Three persons were baptized by the Ukrainian Baptist Church of Chicago on August 22, 2020 at Round Lake Beach. Officiating was (right) Rev. Peter Ivanov (Петро Іванов), lead pastor. Assisting was (left) Deacon Volodymyr Pylypyuk (Володимир Пилипюк).
During the service, the men’s choir sang under the direction of Yuri Golubok (Юрій Голубок). Because of restrictions enacted during the coronavirus pandemic, attendance was limited to 50 people.
The Lord’s Supper was celebrated the next day in the church building.
